HOW TO MEASURE FOR INSIDE-MOUNTED SMART ROLLER SHADES
Inside mount smart roller shades are installed directly within the window frame or casing. These are marked with red arrows in the picture.
INSIDE WIDTH MEASUREMENT
To accurately determine the width, measure the inside of your window frame at the top, where the roller shade will be fitted. Use a tape measure for this task. This measurement will provide the necessary width for your smart roller shade.
When ordering an inside-mounted roller shade, simply provide your exact window width as explained. Our production will adjust it by subtracting 0.5 cm for a perfect fit.

MEASURING THE DROP/HEIGHT
Please note that the drop, or the height, of the shade ranges from 185 cm to 285 cm, depending on the type of fabric you select. However, you can always adjust the top and bottom endpoints to suit your preference.
To find the height or drop you need, measure inside your window frame from top to bottom.
Based on your measurement, select a drop that will adequately cover your window. The available heights for the roller shades are 185 cm, 225 cm, and 285 cm.
Not all fabrics are available in 225 cm and 285 cm heights/drops. The simplest method to find the right height/drop is to use the filter guide on our homepage.
HOW TO MEASURE FOR OUTSIDE MOUNT SMART ROLLER SHADES
Outside mount roller shades can be installed on the window molding, the wall above your window, or even on the ceiling.
Select a width that allows the fabric to cover your window opening as much as you desire.
Additionally, ensure there's ample flat surface available for installing the brackets. Refer to the picture below for the bracket's dimensions.
MEASURING THE DROP/HEIGHT
Start from the top where you plan to mount your shades and measure the height or drop, extending about 10 cm past your lowest point. This ensures the shades completely cover your window opening and the roller shade tube will still be covered in fabric.
Choose a drop size that suits your measurement. The available options are 185 cm, 225 cm, and 285 cm.
Not all fabrics are available in the 225 cm and 285 cm height/drop sizes. The quickest way to find the right drop size is by using our handy filter guide on the homepage.

Note: Keep in mind that different screens have different color authenticity, which can make the color of the fabric look one way on one screen and different on another.

EASY TO INSTALL AND OPERATE
Installing the smart shades is very easy. With the order, you will receive a mounting manual and a setup guide on how to set top and bottom positions on your smart shade.

Other Requirements: Controlling the HomeKit-enabled smart shade automatically and away from home requires a HomePod mini or an Apple TV (4th generation or later) as a home bridge or hub. Notifications away from home require a home bridge or hub.
Eve for HomeKit: Used for the installation process, setting top and bottom positions on the smart shades. Required for all future updates (OTA) of the Eve MotionBlinds motor.
Apple Home: For controlling the smart shades with Apple´s smart home platform, HomeKit.
Shipping and returns
The delivery time is 2-5 weeks after placing the order. We will inform you regarding your order through e-mail and your customer account.
We work with UPS for the transport and delivery of all orders.
All shipping costs are applied at the checkout and the amount varies depending on where you live.
OmniaBlinds does not cover any custom fees that might occur depending on which country you live in.
All smart shades are custom-made and handcrafted in Sweden, which means that returning the product is not possible.

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO ALL SMART ROLLER SHADES
- The warranty is valid for three years against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery, provided the goods are fully paid
- The warranty applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing
- The buyer is responsible for costs and risks in connection with the return of incorrect parts according to Returns
- The warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- The warranty does not cover incorrect measurements from the buyer
- The guarantee does not apply to external damage or if the customer mismanaged the product
- The warranty does not cover shipping costs or consequential costs incurred. Some roller blinds may have a tendency to bend in the outer edges, so-called "curvature", which is a phenomenon that comes from the weave roll and is not advertising able.
- The warranty does not cover additional costs that might occur during shipping such as custom fees/taxes
- Upon complaint, order confirmation/receipt must always be presented. regarding the guarantee of weaving, Omnia Blinds AB follows the suppliers' guidelines
- The warranty does not cover software-related issues such as third-party integrations etc.
THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO ALL MOTORS
- There is a 3-year warranty on all motors.
- If you run into issues with the motors get in touch with us. We will help you out as soon as possible.
- If the defects are caused by external influences you are not allowed to make a claim regarding our warranty.
